Move and zoom the view of the map

Move and zoom the view of the map. Left mouse button: zoom in, right mouse button: zoom out.

Selection tool

Select an object by a simple click on the corresponding object. Selected objects can be moved with the mouse. If changing a property, every selected object is affected. To change texts use the double click.

Drawing rectangles

Draw a rectanlge by dragging the mouse. The object is created as soon as you release the mouse button. Use the selection tool to replace or rescale the object.

Drawing paths

Each click creates a point of the path. End with <Enter> cancel with <Esc>. Klick near the starting point to close the path. The map can be moved using the arrow keys.

Text tool

A click on the map opens a field for the text entry. To conclude the entry click outside of the textfield. <Esc> cancels the entry.

Circles and ellipses

Draw an ellipse by dragging the mouse - use the Shift key for a circle. The object is created as soon as you release the mouse button. Use the selection tool to replace or rescale the object.

Arrows and marks

Each click places the selected symbol on the map. All objects can be moved and colored thereafter. Extend marks with text, image and link by double clicking them.
